Eligible veterans can access free transportation to medical appointments at the Erie VA Medical Center and the Cleveland Wade Park VA Medical Center. Our shuttle operates Monday through Friday, and no advance scheduling is required—simply arrive with your VSC-issued ID card and board the shuttle.

Boarding begins each morning at 7:45 a.m., and return trips depart the VA medical centers no later than 2:00 p.m. If you have concerns about inclement weather affecting your travel, please call our office ahead of time so we can advise you.
