Congratulations to our September 2026 Raffle Recipient: Mr. Larry Milliman!
Mr. Milliman proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1989, completing his honorable service at Camp Lejeune.
Mr. Milliman and his wife, Brenda, have been married for 36 years and reside in Geneva. Together, they raised two children: a daughter who is a registered nurse and a son who works as a welder. He is also a proud grandfather to one grandchild, who recently turned four years old.
Following his military service, Mr. Milliman built a career at Lake Erie Correctional Facility, where he worked until his retirement.
In retirement, Mr. Milliman enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He especially enjoys spending time with his energetic grandchild, who keeps him active and brings joy to his daily life.

Celebrate the season with our Holiday Gift Card Program. Eligible veterans and families may stop by during program hours to participate.
📅 November 5 - Veterans Appreciation Luncheon
⏰Time: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
📍 Location: Norman-D Banquet Center (2720 W 19th St, Ashtabula, OH 44004)
The Ashtabula community will come together to honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans. Hosted by the Veterans Service Commission alongside Ashtabula Regional Medical Center, Foundations Health, Comfort Keepers, Bella Care Hospice, Carington Park, and Capital Health, this luncheon is a powerful tribute to those who have worn the uniform and continue to inspire us all.
