This Scholarship Is for You. The Ashtabula County Veterans Service Commission is proud to support graduating seniors whose parent or guardian served in the U.S. military. If you attend one of Ashtabula County’s nine high schools and meet the eligibility criteria, you could be selected to receive a scholarship to help launch your future. This is your chance to honor your family’s legacy, share your voice, and take the next step toward higher education.
